London Calling

London Calling collates the latest opportunities for London’s not-for-profits, all in one place. Initially funded by City Bridge Foundation the aim is to help connect London’s thousands of charities to relevant events, training, and funding opportunities. We developed a bespoke approach that scrapes data from consenting partner websites and employs generative AI to classify and enhance the information.

Islingtons People's Rights

As part of Islington People’s Rights (IPR) Debt Modernisation project we developed an AI triage chatbot to ease the pressure on IPR’s telephone line. IPR receives around 9000 calls per year and some of those calls are better handled by external agencies. The triage bot assesses whether or not a user is eligible or able to be supported by IPR and if not they are directed to a more suitable agency.
